![]() ![]() ![]() Primarily a self-funded organization, Opportunity Village generates the majority of its operational funding through its employment contracts and fundraising efforts, saving Nevada taxpayers more than $37 million annually. The Santa Run is one of Opportunity Village’s most important fundraisers, with all proceeds benefiting the programs and services for nearly 2,000 adults with disabilities in Southern Nevada. Today, Opportunity Village operates four employment training center campuses, multiple business service lines, including custodial, printing, secure document shredding, and a new culinary line called Dessie’s Table, as well as a Thrift Store in Southern Nevada. Through vocational training, community employment, day services, advocacy, arts, and social recreation, these individuals can find new friends, realize future career paths, seek independence and community integration, and unleash creative passions.
